A 19 year-old man presented to the ED following a closed head injury sustained while rollerblading.  Remarkably, he arrived with a video of the actual injury.  The patient sustained loss of consciousness following the injury and arrived awake and alert, but actively vomiting.

The patient went to the operating room for evacuation of his epidural hematoma.  He did well without any sequelae.  Click on the image below to view the video of his injury.
