Okay, have it your way. You send for the ANA and RA and wait. Meanwhile, the patient begins to complain of more difficulty breathing, and her oxygen saturation drops. She expires in the room. You return from your week vacation to find the room marked with yellow crime scene tape. 

Apparently, the cleaning lady has just found the body. You dash over to EPIC to see if you could actually prove the diagnosis of Raynaud's Syndrome as a cause of her death and find that the labs are still pending. Meanwhile, the county medical examiner is launching an investigation into your involvement into the case.
